Very cheap sweater. Decently expensive and took along time to arrive. There product came from China, but I wasn't informed till after I ordered

Ordered 2 customized T-shirts. Got one tracking number but it doesn't really matter because even though I ordered them 1 month before Mother's Day, I never received my items. This is a total scam website and please don't give these people your money.

Personalized itwm was wrong and even when provided screenshot of correct order would not refund. Having g payment canceled by credit card company

No issues at all. Ordered the Mother’s Day tumbler with superhero characters. Took a tiny while to arrive but arrived prior to Mother’s Day and was exactly what was ordered.

What everyone says is correct their service is awful. I had ordered 3 custom items from Mother’s day gift that the merchant had advertised for as such and said would get here by mother’s day. Gave a tracking for all three items in One package. When I received the package, it only had one shirt and nothing else the other two items are missing and they wouldn’t even fit in that one small package (an LED light display and another shirt). And now a day before Mother’s Day I am missing planned gifts. They only gave one tracking so its not like I am missing a package, they just didn’t put them in the shipment.

I ordered a Mother’s Day Winnie the Pooh flower vase which was pictured to hold a small bouquet of flowers but when received its size was tithe size of a child’s coffee cup that could hold maybe one small flower. Beware of any products that don’t show specific size of item. Don’t be scammed like I was.

The t-shirts I ordered took a while to get here from China. The tracking numbers were dodgy for a while, but finally they got here, and they are top quality t-shirts.

The website was easy to navigate and so easy to customize! The sweatshirt is exactly as it look on the site!

DONT Waste your money I Order a shirt and never received it. Bad business.

Order took forever. When it did show 3 out of 5 products were ruined. This was a Christmas gift for family and friends since our parents had passed away so suddenly. They will not honor the 3 ruined products. I'm not even asking for a full refund all. Since I'm the Executor of my late Father's Estate this whole this has to be passed to my lawyer because the money came the account. This nice gesture has turned into a nightmare and a reminder of what we lost. This company has gone back and forth with 16 emails. Best bet is finding something on Amazon. At least they honor their customers.

I ordered a personalized Christmas ornament from GoDuckee. First of all DO NOT waste your money!! I paid extra for expedited shipping on Dec 13th and didn't receive the gift until Dec 28th. I basically paid $35 for what looked like something maid in shrinky dinky oven you know the ones we had when we were kids? It looked nothing like the nice picture that it showed after you personalized your gift online. I WAS SOOOO DISAPPOINTED!!

Got my mom this, she loved it, and looks great, now I screwed up my order but thankfully they give you 2 hours to change your order and they replied to me and got it changed fairly quickly. Great customer service

If I could give no stars - I would. I can't speak to the quality of the product as I have not received it. I ordered Christmas gifts for friends in what I thought was plenty of time (beginning of December). I suggest that if you plan to order from this company that you allow more than enough time to get your product as it comes on a slow boat from somewhere. As of today, I can't even verify it has been shipped. Very upset!

I cant talk about the product because I never received it. Its been a month since I ordered it. I could have walked it from Texas in less time. BTW - I paid extra for priority shipping.

Our family ornament arrived yesterday and we could not be any more happier with how it came out. The quality is top notch!

These guys are scam artists. I ordered a couple keychains the middle of August and it is now November 4th. I have been going back and forth through email with this company for a month. First they said my package had shipped. Then they said the package was lost. Then they said it was delivered already and was probably stolen. Meanwhile the tracking says it was only just shipped a few days ago. They have told me that since it says it was delivered it’s not their responsibility to refund my money and that they will ship another one out but it will be another month before I receive it. I would give negative stars if I could.

Would give zero if possible. Ordered hoodie over a mth ago and haven’t received it yet. Sent several emails back and forth and only info I get is tracking which says awaiting item. Showed coming from Illinois now shows tracking from New York and all same dates as Illinois. Requested refund and was told item shipped yet all tracking from both states says awaiting item from shipper. Can’t speak to a live person.

I never write online reviews but felt compelled to do so after reading the negative reviews. I ordered personalized sweatshirts before I looked at reviews. After reading the negative reviews complaining of long waits for delivery, bad communication, and problems with delivery, I was wondering if I made a mistake. Turns out my experience was exactly as expected. My order was received within 10 days of placing, email communication was adequate with accurate tracking information provided. The product is exactly as ordered and appears to be of high quality. It is a personalized gift which I’m sure will be loved.

I had a request to customize the hair for the male character. They didnt have a length that was long enough and they gladly made the adjustments I asked for and it came out perfect. Made a great anniversary gift.
