My husband LOVED his sweatshirt!! He is getting all kinds of compliments on it, even from those whose teams are on it in a negative way. haha We were pleasantly surprised by the quality and are hopeful that the picture will hold up with years of washes.

I ordered 2 different ornaments from this company! I received one ornament but when I received the 2nd pkg it was empty!! I contacted them and they got another order sent out to me and I did get it!!! Love both my ornaments!!!

I ordered 2 Orderments for Xmas. I was disappointed when the post office lost my order. I contacted goduckee about it they got back to me right away. And sent out a replacement right away it was late but when I opened the box I couldn't be more happy. I will be buying again really soon.

I ordered a customized ornament as a Christmas gift. It arrived safely and timely and looked exactly as advertised. The quality was great and I would order from them again. The two small negatives were these: I gave my email for a discount code they never actually sent me. Also, a better idea of the shipping/arrival timeframe would have made the experience better.

It was as disscribed but only thing is you can't see the design clearly because of the frosted glass, I think the design was put on backwards. But I still liked it. Just had to put a light behind to see it.

What Can I say?? I ordered a poster at the end of November....was supposed to be shipped and delivered by 12/4....well, Surprise!!!! It didnt come.. I had a tracking number from USPS.... Was sitting in New York for 2 weeks.. Asked the Postmaster for help.. ."oh we can't find it....I'm so sorry"🙄 Mind you this was a week before Christmas....I had been in touch with GoDuckee this whole time and they were Awesome!! When I contacted them about it this last time...they responded quickly and said that they would process another poster and send it immediately....at no cost to me!! They sent it express mail via UPS...and although it sat in our local post office over the Christmas weekend..it was here immediately on the 26th!!! I cannot say enough about GoDuckee!! Their Customer service was nothing short of AWESOME!! The quality of the poster is Awesome and my daughters family was so happy when I gave it to them!! I would not hesitate to order from them again!!!!

I received my product on time, and the quality was wonderful. This was a gift for my neice,, and she was so happy when she unwrapped it! I would certainly order from this company again.

I ordered the personalized bookmark. I had no idea 1 pack was 1 item. I wish that was made clearer on the website or I would not have purchased 1 wooden bookmark for $21.00. Please change the wording on your website. The item is superb but over-priced.

WOW…you guys were so kind to replace my broken ornament. I got my replacement today and it was wonderfully packed and arrived in one piece and in time for Christmas…wow!

Go Duckee multiple days after my purchase (right after the time on the website they claim to be willing to give a refund) decided to email me saying I should expect about a 28 day wait before i get my item this was not disclosed to me at all and I would not have purchased it if I knew the amount of time it would take for the package to get to my house, which is way too late for christmas. it is a scammy site and everyone here is complaining about the insane shipping times which were not disclosed at the time of purchase. Also I payed extra for premium faster shipping total scam. I want my money back

Took a little longer to receive than expected but had quick response to my delivery inquiries. The custom ornaments arrived before Christmas and with time to ship out as gifts too. They are rather spendy at a little over $20 each for heavy duty plastic/plexi glass but they are one of a kind… Slight scratches on two of five of the ornaments. I’d consider ordering again if I planned ahead.

LOVED the product! I'm only giving 4 stars because it took a while for it to get to us, but that was the fault of USPS and not GoDuckee. GoDuckee reps were very communicative when I reached out about the delay and continued to check in until the product was finally received. I might suggest using a more reliable service than USPS (they delivered to the completely wrong address, but thank goodness for honest neighbors!) Other than that, very happy with my purchase.

First time ordering from Goduckee and I placed the worder weeks ago. No updates on where the package is. I ordered it as a gift for my husband and I guess he wont be getting anything because this looks like a scam and based on other reviews, Im starting to worry for my bank account. Very disappointed. Never again will goduckee have my business.

I have been waiting 3 weeks for my product and have received nothing...I need it for next Tues..don't look promising..if I don't have it by then I am going to ask for a refund...didn't know it was coming from China

Great product. Very happy. Dispatched as per advertised time. However was slow to receive due to the item sitting in local customs and no tracking updates. Local post times are not the fault of GoDuckee however they may consider using a more premium postal service.
