Sent someone else's order, refused to refund with promise of partial refund and the correct order bring sent. It's a month on and nothing. I'm going to contact the credit card company to recoup my losses as they are full of fake promises, not to mention a ruined father's day! They had the audacity to ask for a review, but they won't post any negative ones to their site, very deceptive. Avoid!

Placed a $45 order on May 18th hoping it would be available to use as a Father’s Day gift on June 18th. Well it never arrived so I made other arrangements. I emailed on 6/19 and they said it was lost so I asked for a refund as I no longer needed it. The offered 15%refund and to remake the item which I declined as I no longer needed it. On 6/29 they once again offered this 15% refund and to resend the item or a refund. I asked for the refund. After much back and forth on 7/3 they sent me their no returns policy which doesn’t really apply as I have nothing to return but it seems they will be issuing no refund and sending an item I no longer need. Do not spend your money with this company!!

I'm so surprised by all of the bad reviews. I ordered the Star Trek Dad tumbler on May 28. I emailed customer service to improve my custom design (I wanted both children to be the same size), and got a quick response with a new mock up. I approved the new mock up, and received the tumbler the day before Father's Day. I also received communication on processing and shipping updates. We do have a few issues with the lid: leaking if not on perfectly, there is a piece of plastic in the way of the cover of the mouthpiece sitting flush when opened, but my husband uses the cup daily. It keeps drinks cold, and is a reminder of his kids and love of Star Trek. I can't wait to get a tumbler for myself!

The shirt shipped quick but our local usps denied the package so goduck had to reship it. They got right on it and reship it fast. Customer service was great. I left a nasty message for our local usps. My husband loves his father's day present. Thank you

The shirt was as described, awesome artwork ,fit was perfect Shipping was a little later than most but arrived with enough time for fathers day

If I could give 0 I would. I custom ordered a shirt for my husband for Father’s Day several weeks in advance, I’ve been fighting with them via e-mail daily because they claim my address isn’t valid! For over 2 weeks now and they have yet to even ship the $40 shirt I bought, have yet to offer any kind of refund for the complete inconvenience or for ruining Father’s Day for an already depressed father! This company is awful and I tried to report them to the BBB but of course it’s not a company they have listed. At this point I’m assuming it’s a scam and that’s $40 I’ll never see or receive the shirt.

Terrible customer service and way late! I ordered my shirt well in advanced for Father’s Day and it’s still not here. Customer service said it takes about a month for me to get my shirt because it’s custom made to me. It should not take that long. I’ve made shirts before and it does not take that long. Especially if you have done this multiple times because it’s something you offer. I won’t be ordering from them again since my one shirt takes a month. No update on shipping tracking system. Also don’t pay extra for the expedited shipping because it’s a scam. When I told them about it they said it would take longer if I didn’t pay extra. Don’t waste your time on them. It looks nice but I am now skeptical on what it looks like when I receive it someday.

I bought an XL and they gave me a small. I asked for help and they emailed me back there is nothing they can do about it. WAIST OF MONEY, IT’S A SCAM DON’T BUY!!!!

Orderd a printed shirt. The print Looked lovely and crisp on the preview and really good quality The item arrived and the print is awful and blurry, not what I expected and not good enough quality for the $34-35 I paid. Emailed them to ask for a refund and am now arguing my right to have refund for an item I'm not happy with. They tell me so far they don't refund unless it's defective. Awful customer service. Customers should have the right to return item they are not happy with no questions asked. I don't know if they will refund me or not. Won't buy from them again if I can help it.

The shirt looked amazing and came in good time the only thing I had to contact to get my tracking number and who was shipping my shirt

Goduckee. My autocorrect changes it to go sucker , which is about right. Total Rip off and scam company. Never received my item, says they sent it to an address I lived at two years ago via some cut rate shipper. I knocked on the door, they never saw it.

I loved my personalized super hero photo! It came out beautifully. What I wanted didn’t quite match the template (I wanted our youngest in dads arms as a baby), and they made it happen and fixed the design 3 times until it was exactly how I wanted it!

Ordered a customized mug for my husband. I responded to their email about the customization and now they are saying they never received the email and the order was not completed or shipped. This was a gift for husband that I needed for next week. Very disappointing experience. Also worth noting. in the middle of this, I received an email saying the order WAS completed and ready to ship. Very disorganized company.

They answered all my questions about ask my concerns, kept me updated frequently on my order and my order came within a decent time period! They treated my like a human with human emotions and I would absolutely buy from them again!! Thank you!!
