Customer service was okay. The e-mails were not clear. It was not until I actually BLEW up on them, did I fully understand that they did fix the problem. The number doesn't work. They only use e-mail.

It took a bit longer than expected to deliver; roughly a month and a half. I would be upset if it was delayed any longer. However, overall, the tumbler came out looking great and my husband loves it!

Do not buy if you don't want your things to be broken. I just got my package and I get a broken mug! And it's not even packaged properly?! The mug is just in a cardboard box, of course it's going to brake!

They are based out of China although they make you think the UK. Delivery is taking forever and a day.

If I could 0 I would. I have ordered and it says the item is STILL processing. It takes up to 3-5 business days. An agent had told me the item was shipped l. I requested a refund due to the items not getting here in time. No response after the word refund was mentioned.

Took approximately 3 weeks for shipping, which was ok because I ordered way in advance for Father's Day. Our package was marked as delivered and it was no where to be found. Checked our cameras and it was never delivered. We went around asking neighbors and finally found our package 1/2 way down the street delivered to the wrong house with our address on it. Opened the box and 1/2 our order is missing. We ordered the mugs and a shirt. The names are so small you can't see them and there is a line through the names so you can't read them. We never recieved the shirt. No response from the company but yet they kept my money.

Garbage! It’s been 3 weeks still have not received my product. Can’t get ahold of anyone for a refund complete scam

I ordered a superhero tee for my son-in-law! I realized after ordering I needed to go up a size. I emailed and received an email right away confirming they changed my order. During the process I received emails/texts updating the status of the order. The tee is amazing! I can't wait for Father's day to give it to him. Thanks so much!

Overall excellent experience. After ordering online I received numerous updates on order status and shipping progress. The item was one of the best gifts I’ve ever given.

I got the Yoda Best Daddy shirt for my husband. He loves the Mandalorian and my daughter has been watching the cartoon Young Jedi. They both just love the shirt!

Ordered end of April for Mother's day. The package arrived in the US on the 12th and customs cleared in Chicago which is close to me. But since then I had one scan in Indianapolis to DDU on the 18th and nothing since. Have sent multiple emails to GoDuckee and the myriad of shipping companies that they pieced together to ship it. Yun, ACI, CIRRO. The shipping is a joke for someone that made the extra fee twice on two items and they shipped it as one.

Since I said I would give 5 stars if everything turns out good so here I am. I apologize first if i missed any email; but i still don’t see any email but thats done and dusted cause the mug/tumbler i ordered is here. It’s a little late than i expected but when i look at it I forgot everything. Its exactly what’s been advertised and i like the concept. Nothing is important than my family and my family approves it so i am glad. I apologize again if my words were harsh and i know running a company is a tough job which i have said earlier as well but thank you to you guys for the product. If y’all can ship it/deliver sooner it would work even more wonders. Also if you could have a phone number to call would do just great. Thank you so much for the product. I wish you guys nothing but the best.

The worst. My package was delivered to the wrong address. I went back and forth confirming the addresses are similar and in the same city, BUT ARE NOT THE SAME. They kept insisting it was, and that I should call the post office. horrible service - do not recommend

The products, when they arrived were just ad advertised in the GoDuckee site. The mailing was frought with tension. I exchanged emails with GoDuckee and they answered me quickly, however, the information in the response was incorrect. I was told the items had been delivered with a signature. The items at that point in time HAD NOT BEEN DELIVERED NOR SIGNED FOR. The items eventually came but it was very stressful. I had to keep after them for 5 or 6 emails to finally get the true story. They did respond quickly each time, the information was not always correct.

They don't tell us that the product comes from China and that means it will take a long time to arrive in the USA ( 1 month or more )
