Saw an ad on Facebook for them and took a chance. Ordered a huge 11x14 print customized for our family and paid extra for the upgraded shipping with insurance. I'm so glad I took the chance! It arrived a lot faster than I expected (they said a couple weeks but it took barely a week from order placed to holding the product in my hands. And we love it too! The quality of the canvas is great! The only thing I could say critical is there isn't a hangar on the back, but that's minor. I def plan to buy from them again!

My order was placed 05-15-2022and my Credit Card got billed $51-98. I was given delivery confirmation from a Co. never heard of saying item was delivered and it was not. The shipping address was confirmed 10 days ago and still nothing other than the same email to confirm the address again. I asked for a refund to no avail. Next I will be filing Mail Fraud. Stay away from GoDuckee ! Don Torelli

We ordered a mug that came broken, so I emailed support figuring that I would receive an automated response and I'd never receive a replacement, but they surprised me. I was really impressed with their personable and timely response. They shipped a replacement immediately and I got it within a few days. I ordered a Father’s Day gift for my husband almost two weeks ago. It said it was being shipped two day after I ordered it….two weeks later it STILL says label was created and waiting for item. I tried email them confirming that maybe the tracking was wrong and did you at least ship it? Horrible response and just telling me to “please kindly wait” I have waited. Why even advertise for Father’s Day if you can’t even make it that day. Such a horrible experience and lack of communication makes me never want to ever use them again!

After a bad experience with time frame I was more than happy with my custom auto shirt. The quality of the shirt was quite nice and design was great. Showed shirt to our small car club and it sounds like they're all going to order their own....think I deserve a cut !

Ordered my customized tumbler and received my confirmation email on 5/31 with my tracking # and info. I've been tracking shipment ever since. Received a notification on 6/13 that my shipment was delivered to my address by YUNexpress at 11:22am and that I can "tap the camera icon" to view the delivery. Well, no package was ever delivered and no camera icon anywhere on their website to view that delivery. No number or email to contact anyone about the issue. Never even heard of YUNexpress delivery service in my area. Buyer be ware!! This place is a scam!! My tumbler supposedly was sent from Shanghai even though GoDuckee is based out of CA.

Ordered my custom made Hawaiian Muscle Car shirt and submitted several pics of my Atomic Orange C6 Corvette and was blown away with the finished product when I received it a few weeks ago...looking forward to wearing it at some future car shows as well as just everyday outings...One of the best on line ordering experiences ever! I submitted a couple photos of my van from back in the day. The ad stated their designers would take submitted photos and arranged them as they thought fit. I am here to tell you, I bet "they" aren't paying the design team enough. Whoever did mine deserves a raise. My photos were showcased in a very tasteful and colorful way. I wore my shirt out in public for a bit over an hour and had three compliments. Oh, turn around time was quick too. Grab your ride and let these folks do their magic, I don't think you will be disappointed.

I would love to give Go Duckee a favorable review but as I ordered a shirt for my son-in-law for Father’s Day in May 30 th , I am very frustrated because I have no email confirming that the shirt has been processed and sent out but they obviously have my money because it already went through my bank! I wrote one email with a picture of the T-shirt I ordered three days ago and still haven’t heard anything back. I’ve never gone thru Go Duckee before and obviously I won’t anymore. I am very very unhappy

I placed an order for a size large in a women’s tee shirt that was customized and it came in exactly the way I ordered it but the size large ran very small. Goduckee offered to replace it in a larger size and it took awhile to get here with a lot of confusion and misunderstanding in trying to communicate….finally got a notice that it was to be delivered by post office, only to be delivered by post office to the wrong house! Filed a claim with PO and notified sender that it was finally received and looked great and fit perfect! My only criticism is the communication is sketchy if a problem occurs but they are willing to work with the customer to resolve the issue. I will place future orders with this company.

Ordered a personalized gift for my wife for Mother's day on 1MAY2022. Paid extra $14.99 for "Priority Processing". Today is 6MAY2022, and no communication, still no update regarding if my order has shipped or processed or anything? The most frustrating thing is there is no phone number to call these people at? Very frustrated at their extreme lack of communication. They have my money and that was the end of it. What a disappointment. Will not do business with this company again. Seems I am not the first to have this poor experience with GoDuckee?
