Only complaint I have is I ordered an item, then got a phone call to say it was not in stock and it would take 4 weeks to arrive. I accepted this no problem BUT funds were taken out of my account straight away?? Should this not have been taken out my account when goods were in stock?? (i.e. in another 4 weeks time)?????

Great service and fast delivery. My only comment would be that the small brackets and fitting package ought to be taped to one of the panels as this got lost in the delivery process and cane the day after the panels arrived thus delaying fitting by a week due to availability of the fitter.

Service was fine. Partner accepted delivery. Unfortunately 2 of the locking arms are bent, thus will have to repair them prior to use. I would have checked them and refused them.

Very nice strong kennel built very quickly by polite in house team. Absolutely no problems or complaints and have just ordered our second kennel from them. Highly recommended.

Delivery in under 48 hours. Bought an extra panel to divide my kennel run. Good Quality fits exactly with other panels.

Lovely kennell easy to assemble. Shame the delivery service wasnt as good they just left it in my front garden no phone call it cud off got pinched

Item.arrived damaged due to poor handling by the courier. The company did everything they could to help rectify the situation and provided the items to bring about a satisfactory outcome. I would use the company again.

Only problem was received email to tell me the order would be delivered on day x and I should be there to sign. It didn’t appear and when I phoned carrier the next day they said that they put it to another carrier and it would be delivered in “next 5 days” . It did arrive next day and was left at back door. Communication with carrier needs to be seen to

Easy transaction with good communication. Delivered and installed in a week instead of 3 weeks quotes at purchase! Product itself was good. My only minor disappointment was the insufficient screw fixings on the hasp and staples for the locks. This said, overall very happy with the service and product.

Took nearly 3 weeks to be delivered with no communication from the kennel store apart from when I chased the order. If it's not in stock an email would be nice
