Sales was no problem. Delivery was not the best. Told by email it would be Friday but nothing turned up. Checked and it said wasn't picked up from depot. Then told Monday... If it going to be 5 days or more just say that. Rhis is probably more of and issue with the delivery firm....

I placed my order on 23rd January 2018 ( after phoning first you first on delivery) which I was told 2/3days on delivery. I'M STILL WAITING AFTER PHONING THEM BACK MONDAY 26TH.

having already left a review heres my second one arrived late not 24hr or 48hr post as states on email when i enquired about it ayoung lady who didnt seem interested said we always put that on ?? any way arrived damaged but managed to repair myself was signed for damaged but kennel store have not contacted me about it so i will only give two stars

Great service and delivery was surprisingly fast as it was just before Christmas.

Great service , ordered on sat kennel panels arrived on Tues . Didn't have chance to look at them until following sat . Some damage on one panel caused by courier , contacted kennelstore who said would replace panel with my next order. Over all great quality at good price . Will be ordering more panels in future . Would have given 5 stars had not have been for damage . Thanks Steve .
