My kennel is excellent quality; sturdy, well-made and well-assembled. I would recommend that potential customers should place their orders a couple of weeks before it is absolutely essential that they use it. I suppose the popularity of the product means that it takes a week or two before delivery takes place. Well worth waiting for! I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a quality product. My kennel was not cheap, but not massively expensive in consideration of the quality. After all, you get what you pay for!

Was amazed at how fast these beds/benches arrived. Very good quality which my two mega destructive labs haven't managed to put a tooth mark on so far.

When I rang to order my kennel and dog pen I found the staff very helpful; the kennel and pen themselves are very good quality, and were very easy to assemble. I was a little worried about the kennel as we have a Labrador which is a bit of a power chewer - and the previous kennel we had bore testament to that! But so far so good...not a mark. (Couldn't unfortunately say the same for the bed we got with it, but you can't have it all!!!)

Very helpful. I incorrectly ordered a peace which was correct by Andy and credited. Also some of the bits I ordered were out of stock and as promised they came into stock and were delivered quick. Very good quality of products and easy to assemble.

I ordered four kennel sections close to four weeks ago, have still not received them and have had no updates at all as to when I will receive them apart from a vague timescale as to when they might be completed. There has been no follow up or no updates and I am still non the wiser as to when they will arrive. The only update was when I rang them.

Ordered a dog bowl and attachment on 1st September and still haven’t received it. It took myself emailing them to find out that the attachment was out of stock. I then emailed again on Monday and was told it should have come into stock that afternoon. It’s now Friday and I still don’t have a bowl!
