Due to out of stock item and then broken fork lift I experienced significant delay compared to the originally quoted 24 to 48 hours. The delay was understandable but despite being promised updates on delivery, this was not forthcoming and I had to chase for info 3 times. To improve your customer service, please improve communication. A word on the mesh panels - they arrived as described, but when it came to fitting, having bolt locations only on the very bottom and top of the panels is problematic when access is restricted. An additional bolt point half way up the side would be helpful

Ordered 6 mesh panels that arrived the following day by courier good quality and well priced compared to others selling the same..delivery was free which is why I choose to buy from here others are offering "free" delivery but are charging alot more per panel. I would definitely recommend this company and will be purchasing more panels from here in the future.

Spoke with Andy regarding the dog pens sides I was after, he added in the types of bolts I needed and made the job real easy. Panels arrived next day as stated and Andy had added the bolts he said he would. Really good service. The panels are as advertised and now fitted look great.

The kennel is excellent and what I expected. The installation team arrived on time and did a good job. The extra items I added arrived separately and damaged although I didn't have time to return them.

Good quality item though the bowls themselves would benefit from being made from a stronger gauge steel as they are quite thin. Other than that no complaints at all.
