Ordered kennel had 1 weeks notice prior to delivery. Was unsure what to expect. Kennel arrived, pictures are very good concept of product. The men who came and fitted the kennel were great. Barney and Bertie love their new home! Well made kennel, looks nice, well done kennel store. Will be recommending to friends and family.

I rang on the Wednesday to enquire about delivery estimates and was stunned to hear two days. Dubious about this but I went ahead and ordered. On the Friday my panel arrived as stated and with the additional securing bolts well packaged. The panel appears to be good quality and I'm a happy customer. I would recommend this supplier and use them again.

I bought an extra large Kennel from this company about 6 weeks ago now- possibly longer - it still has not arrived and no explanation has been offered either. When I contacted them after about two weeks I was told the kennels were made to order and would take 3 to 4 weeks, to arrive. We are still waiting and I'm very disappointed. If it doesn't come soon I shall cancel the order.
