Ordered the dog bench on Monday 24th Aug and it was delivered to my address in Scotland on Wednesday 26th Aug. Very pleased with the product quality.

I'd like to say a huge thank you to kennelstore for providing such an excellent service and of course product. I ordered the Chesterfield kennel and all I can say is I'm extremely pleased with it. The quality is brilliant, it's well built and very sturdy. The people who came and installed it for me were great! Very friendly and got the job done. Customer service I was really impressed with. I had a couple of questions so I just called up and spoke to sales, they were great and made me feel at ease and advised me on sizes etc. I had a couple of extras which I'm glad I did, my dog loves her new home. Very good products only issue panels were not the same colour finish, but good quality products delivered on time

I ordered four items from Kennelstore and was charged for all, but one was not delivered, a mat to go under the dogs. I phoned the company who said that the item was no longer stocked and that I should get a refund but so far have not received any.

Still waiting for 3 items from the order, having placed the order 3 weeks ago. Despite the promises to deliver this week, nothing arrived. They never return calls and no apology offered. Just one excuse after another from an inefficient and unprofessional Andy! Not worth wasting your time and money with this company, absolute Joke!

Order arrived next day but was damaged. Still not resolved yet. So aftersales is not as quick

Brilliant. Swift service and an excellent product.

First time I've used these and would highly recommend. Delivery was prompt as promised. One of the panels was damaged in transit and a phone call got it replaced next day no arguments. Will no doubt use them again.
