It happens. We thought about getting a dog and should have got everything ready before it arrived. Anyway, we unexpectedly ended up with a 6 month unhouse trained Labrador installed in our kitchen. Kennelstore were fabulous. They pulled all the stops out to get a kennel and run to us as quickly as possible - in less than two weeks. The guys arrived and installed the kennel in around 30 minutes. Just waiting for the lamp and bowls to arrive by courier but I'm absolutely delighted with the quality, build and service. Well done everyone and special thanks to Gemma and Carolyn.

I was very impressed with the design and easy construction (only 20 mins). The finish was excellent and I can't see how you could build on yourself cheaper. I wouldn't be able to buy the materials for less than the cost of this kennel and it would take a lot longer than 20 minutes. Highly recommended both service and product.

Pros- 1-fast delivery-it arrived 2 days after order date 2-product is well made and durable-just as it said on the website 3-took 30 mins to build. Cons- 1-the advisor said I'd only need a screwdriver to build the kennel-a drill was definately necessary. 2-no instructions provided so took some time to ensure it was built correctly. 3-the screws that were provided were not adequate-used other longer screws I had in my garage. 4-the display model on the website has a slightly slanted roof, the product I received had a flat roof-not a big issue as its still waterproof but was a bit misleading. Overall the product does what it says on the tin-weatherproof, insulated and durable. Just make sure you have a drill, large screws and a spare pair of hands to build it.

Spoke to Andy on the phone. He Couldn't have been more helpful. Ordered online and installed in under a week. Absolutely first class service. Now we have a happy dog and I have a happy wife.

Very happy with speedy delivery and price however upon opening the plug was all smashed and had to change it before even plugging in. Would not stop me ordering again as very fast service!

10 days order to delivery, very efficient and courteous. The lads who delivered and erected the kennel were friendly and super efficient, 45 minutes start to finish. The kennel (Chesterfield) is superb, well made and with a good finish. One minor niggle, the bolts on the sleeping compartment should be fixed with coach bolts instead of screws (for better security). Easily rectified but in my opinion should be standard. Still worth the 5 stars, order from Kennelstore with confidence.

With so many sites and so much choice of where to buy dog run galvanised panels, I put my trust in Kennel Store and they didn't let me down. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable with their advice. All the required panels were in stock, the service was very quick, and the products arrived on time and in good condition. Would highly recommend.

Overall the service was good but the markups are hi, wish I'd gone direct. The company that supplied and fitted the kennel did a great job .

Good kennel. The galvanised steel cage is exceptional. The wood is good and construction is good. The installation was efficient but the guys were not friendly. Fair enough they had driven 4 hours or more so they must have been tired but they left screws on the driveway which is a problem if our tyres had been punctured.

I first ordered a kennel system from this company 12 years ago and I am pleased to say this last order was as good an experience as that first one.
