yall took over a week, almost two, to tell me my order was delayed. your communication was sh-it.

Book was excessively delayed. When I place an order I expect it to be ready to ship. Why would you list a book if you didn't know it was available Sorry to say, I will not be ordering from you again. Kelly Johnson

Why allow me to use a drop-down menu indicating I wanted to order 18 copies of a book, when 18 copies are not available? Now I have lost 10 days not knowing that you did not have the items for the order to be fulfilled. To have a website that just allows you to see "order processing" and not find any of that out until 10 days later is ridiculous. I tried to find a phone number online to actually inquire about my order with a human and after a lot of digging, I found it. The first phone number I called (after having a message on it that the warehouse shut down in March due to Covid) directed me to a second phone number, which was also out of service. I noticed it was no problem for you to have already charged my credit card before the order was even processed and without you even having the right quantity of what I ordered. Absolutely ridiculous! I will not order from you again.

I placed my order and then realized that I had already gotten the book. I tried to get in touch with them to cancel my order but they never answered me and now I have a book to return at the end of the rental period. Super inconvenient but otherwise the ease of use and finding a good deal on the book was nice!
