Don't be fooled - this is not a legit site. They never sent the book but charged me immediately. CS is awful and very unprofessional. My first call went so - so. My second call they said they would credit me. The third call sounded like they were talking in the sink and were totally incomprehensible. I had to start a query with UPS and then was finally credited on August 27 (17 days after order). Then, I received the wrong book and had to pack that up and return to the post office. I was also double charged on my Amex card.

I am incredibly shocked! I have used their services since 2014. It's 2020 and they have failed me. One of the customer service representatives cancelled the order, but couldn't refund me until I spent "an hour plus" trying to get in contact with USPS, who "did not" deliver a package at my doorstep. (Update: Their was a mix up. The reason why I was confused, because there was no receipt from knetbooks, it came from amazon and the book was packaged/missing 382 pages! (I'm not joking) So Knetbooks or USPS creates a huge error and I have to follow through all of these steps to get my money back? (Some of my money back) NEVER! AGAIN! Thanks for the wonderful six years of service. It is now time to move on to somebody else. Or at least give them a long break before I EVER use their services again. Stay safe everyone. Update 2: I was able to get a full refund. BUT I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN! That was a shocking/horrible experience. I can't trust them anymore.

Easy process to order and great savings. I recommend "Knetbooks" for all your rentals!

This will be the second book I've ordered from Knetbooks. The first book I ordered was rented just like this current order, the book came and even though I expected it to be very used (like most rented books are) I was amazed that the book appeared to be brand new. The book code still had the silver film on it (which I did not use because I received the book online through my school). Because of my first experience is the reason I am renting another. Also, I love the fact that they give you free return shipping as well.
