Horrible service. I paid for 3-5 days shipping and I waited 2 weeks and there is still no update on my book being shipped. If you don't have the book that's fine, BUT LIST THAT ON YOUR WEBSITE. IT'S NOT THAT HARD. Now I have to wait for my refund and I doubt I will get it any time soon. I would stick with amazon or chegg because even though they are more expensive they at least send the book.

Returning to college late in life, and appreciate that I do not need to add this textbook to my collection.

DO NOT PAY FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING!!! I paid for a 2-day rush and didn’t get my book until a week later. When I called to get my money back they said “the 2-day shipping only applies when the book becomes available to send out to you so we can’t give you your money back” ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!

I haven't received my book yet. I paid for 4-5 days shipping. It just shipped two weeks after I ordered due to a change in availability from their supplier. They should check first before putting it as available on the website. I should have bought from amazon it was 15 dollars cheaper on amazon, the only problem was it would ship later than Knetbooks promised. Now the book cost $23 instead of the $40 I paid for. What a joke! No response from customer service either when I inquired them about when my book was to arrive after I received their email about a delay from their supplier.

We had two coupons - both just sent to us and it not only wouldn't take both but removed any discounts all together and we had to start all over. No email confirmation yet of order. Hoping for the best.
