Appreciate the email updates about delays due to vendor availability changes--but having an estimated timeframe would be best to include, for transparency.

Sent wrong version of book. Needed the 2023 coding manual and I received the 2021 version.

The book was sent in horrendous condition. The pages were completely off the spine, and the cover was practically ripped off. I have tried to get in contact with them for over a week now, and I have received 0 communication from them.

Got my book in a timely manner

They could not locate the book I ordered, so they canceled the order and refunded me, but the refund was a little less than the original charge. I reached out to customer service several days ago about the discrepancy, but I still have not gotten a response.
