One year subscription (monthly) bought as a birthday present for my mother in early January. Wonderful variety, every delivery has delighted her, and seem to last at least a week but more often closer to a fortnight. Delivery reliable and customer services extremely helpful on the one occasion I had to contact them to amend a delivery date. I've tried a number of other flower delivery/subscription services and Flowerbx has certainly been the best. Far from the cheapest, but entirely worthwhile and highly recommended.

I love the flower box as the delivery is timely, flowers are well wrapped and come unscathed in the transport, but most of all because I get the most fresh flowers compared to all the other flower deliveries I tried. Definitely superior quality flowers compared to other deliveries. The only downside is that the minimum bouquet size is a bit too large for me. But all the other points for me do make up for it.

Best flower service I've used and honestly their customer service is 10/10. They have an amazing array of flowers and I recommend them to everyone I know!

We had a two weekly delivery for 6 months at a cost of £60 per delivery. Unfortunately the flowers were not to the standard expected & as advertised.We have used Flowerbx for gifts and again big disappointments.

For the first few weeks, we were delighted with Flowerbx. There were loads of flowers in each delivery and they were fabulous quality. After a month or so, though, we started to notice that it didn't seem such good value any more. While the quality was still high, the bunches were getting smaller and it started to feel as though £45 was a lot per delivery. I started going into my local florist and pricing up an identical bunch; I was consistently able to do this - never any problem of availability or of quality - and the price was usually £20-25. So I cancelled my subscription and started using my local.

Flowers are sadly really going down in quality, particularly any cut flowers and outside London especially.

The flowers got rave reviews from the recipient, and the quick and efficient service was much-appreciated. The vase that was supposed to be included was overlooked, but this was speedily rectified as soon as we mentioned it. I would definitely purchase a FLOWERBX subscription again.
