Fab company great customer service and above all care

A good number of stems but unfortunately only lasted a few days which was disappointing and not good value

The flowers were beautiful but there was not enough variety in the types of flowers( predominantly roses and Calla lilies). It would have been nice if my recipient had received some of the lovely seasonal flowers offered on your site.

Flowers were old. I got a replacement and the replacement flowers were old. It's way too expensive for this quality.

Excellent selection, quality and always delivered on time. The website is easy to use and I love the seasonal variations. I’ve used Flowerbx many times now, and they’ve become my go-to online florist, for every occasion. They might seems on the pricey side, but they’re definitely worth it.

Incredible, unique flowers. Never seen any like them anywhere else. Guaranteed to make the recipient feel a million dollars. Delivery has always been on the day - on time with flowers in perfect condition (always a worry when you don't chose them yourself) 10/10.

Great delivery service and the baby blue hydrangeas were sublime. The rainbow sherberts I found a little disappointing however, as the colour of them did not look like the picture on your website. I have not seen this colour before so was purcasing solely on your pictures. Nevertheless I would certainly use you again as I really loved the pale blue ones.

Beautiful flowers and excellent customer service.

This is the 3rd time I ordered flowers for my sister in Paris. The last time, I had an issue, my sister never received the flowers so I called customer service and the person I had on the phone was great! New flowers were sent at not cost and my sister loved them. The flowers are super fresh, really nice bouquet and this is all I want. Beautiful and fresh flowers that you can enjoy for a while!

Absolutely gorgeous flowers. Love the range color choices for every varietal of flower they carry. Always impeccably packed and arrives in pristine condition that lasts a lot longer than other cut flowers i have purchased online or in store.

Although the flowers were beautiful, I do not think 5 hydrangeas are worth +$90. Also, they were delivered late in the day, and I could not receive them till the next morning; a better-timed delivery would have been ideal.

I had subscription orders that kept coming without the vase and the flowers did not last. I was then told I was being shipped a replacement vase which never came and they sent me replacement flowers at same time as my subscription and those were supposed to be sent a different week. Then I get an email saying it was glitch in their system have a nice day..
