I ordered a large vase and wanted to exchange it for a smaller one. Flowerbx customer service was really helpful and they have arranged new delivery and exchange for me. I didn't need to go through return hustle at all which was very convenient - I am extremely pleased with them.

I ordered a bouquet of delphiniums for my aunt as she loves blue flowers. She was and is utterly delighted with them, they are stunning. I requested that the driver should ring the bell twice (as she takes a while to answer the door) and because she isn't very mobile please would they deliver them to her flat on the second floor. She was happy to report that the driver did exactly as I had asked and with a smile. Beautiful flowers and a great service - thank you so much!

I bought this for my girlfriend and the scape are definitely hard to deal with. I also ordered the recommended vase with it, it took her a long time to trim it and fit it into the vase.

Flowers were not of outstanding quality, certainly not for the price point …. For 70£ you could do much better than a few stems. Also some flower heads were cut off during delivery which for this price is v v upsetting.

Quality, modern vase, delivered promptly and we’ll packed

I am in NYC and ordered 3 bouquets for someone in Paris. I received an email in all French telling me my order was delivered to the Netherlands. I called the French and US numbers. Received a call back explaining the situation, the Netherlands is a staging location. I received the 3 delivery confirmation emails from UPS, again in French, had to go to Google to translate. I still have not received photos of what the bouquets look like at delivery.
