The only one company in London that has such unique flowers and people who know how to work, be polite and responsive and responsible! Tried other companies through years, delivery fails, wrong flowers, forgotten parts of the orders you name it. But the Flowerbox you can always rely on!

Flowers for a new mum. The orchids were not the standard required by Flowerbx, so customer service substituted lovely roses. Flowerbx kept me informed by email and I’m glad they sent a sensible alternative.

Purchased as a gift— was told that the quality of flowers (dahlias) were amazing, and arrived promptly, lots of communications so it is fully transparent when the flowers are dispatched and when they arrive. Most of all I’m just really pleased that the flowers that arrived are as high quality and beautiful as what you see on the website, will definitely order again!

Great selection, easy ordering, good delivery.

I placed two orders for collection. the flowers were the same with one order in a vase. i had also emailed the orders along with the messages that needed to go with each order. it was later i found out that the messages were swapped which is very embarrassing. I actually had to call the recipients and apologize to them.

Customer service was excellent in sorting out a logistical issue with delivery - rearranged delivery for same day. Thanks!

After years of being disappointed with my flowers finally a company that’s blossomed.

It was bit unclear where i could write a few words to the person i am sending the flowers to. Ridiculous

Disappointing not as images on website as much smaller and not great..

Poor quality. One stem arrives covered in brown gunk - which we had to bin after 24 hours. 3 days in and they're all now practically dead.

I had a really disappointing experience, ordered the flowers to arrive on Wednesday (they were a birthday gift), they were not delivered until Thursday. When they arrived they were already dying.

Flowers not delivered first time (dropped off a vase instead). Second time original flowers not available, but flowerbx did replace with more expensive collection.

Prompt and reliable delivery by a friendly driver. Flowers are just as colourful and beautiful as shown on their website. Quality of the flowers are good but certain flowers don’t last as long as other.
