Conveniently located with helpful staff. Room was small but functional and had everything we needed for a three night stay

The experience to visiting Hiroshima and Miyajima was really impressive that what happen after the bomb. Our guide Chicco was wonderful, telling us about the history behind, she was lively!!

Everything about it was great. Coral was wonderful, a wealth of knowledge which she eloquently and clearly shared with us! We really enjoyed spending the day with her and learning about Japan through her history knowledge and cultural experiences. We appreciated that she was willing to do our tour despite the cold/rain/snow, too. A perfect activity for our first day in Japan! Thank you, Coral!

Our half day tour around the fish market was both entertaining and informative, mainly because of the enthusiasm and knowledge of our guide, Aki, who also took us out the following day on our small group full day tour. He gave us a great insight into day to day life in Tokyo.

I enjoyed seeing so much in one day. You have to walk a lot, but then you really can make great pictures and memories. Our guide Elena was very helpful!

We had a fantastic weather day, being able to see Fuji San clearly. Hiro our tour guide, Mackie-San as assistant and Thomas’s-San as driver where a great team. It was a busy day but memorable for all the good reasons.

The transfer from Narita to our hotel was very smooth. I am glad I didn’t have to try and carry my baggage in a train in an unfamiliar place. We got in the van and had a smooth ride to the hotel.

This hotel was terrible!! The beds are hard!! The bathroom felt like it was from an RV!! I would not recommend this hotel at all!

Do not book a tour with this company. You risk getting stranded in the middle of your trip. If you're looking for a reliable and responsive tour operator, this is not the company for you. They take 2-3 days to respond to inquiries after multiple follow-ups, and their replies are vague, unhelpful, and half-hearted. I booked a 12-day tour based on the itinerary on their website, which was quite expensive. I paid a 30% deposit. However, when they confirmed my booking, I received a completely different itinerary—one that was basic, only listing hotel names. It also excluded tours to two cities and lacked any information about transportation, train tickets, or meeting points. There was no clear explanation of how things would operate, or when I could expect follow-up details. I requested a cancellation three times within the free cancellation period, but they seem to be stalling, with no clear reason why. Be aware that you can't cancel on your own—you have to email them and wait days for a confirmation. It was a terrible experience. You're much better off planning your own trip to Japan using more reliable booking sites. This way, you avoid dealing with their poor customer service and the risk of being stranded with no assistance. The positive reviews that initially persuaded me to book with them seem to be based on daily tours with local guides, not the overall service or experiences they provide.

Best of Tokyo in a Day Small Group Tour was great! The tour guide Aki was very informative, friendly, and made the tour very entertaining. We felt like we really touched on some of the interesting gems here in Tokyo. The Tokyo Tsukiji Fish Market & Food Tour was also great! Shuto was very another informative and friendly guide. His explanations of the local temple, as well as the fish market and its parts, were very interesting. The lunch after the market tour was also a very nice touch! Overall, both tours were fun, interesting, and a nice introduction to the city and its components.

Recently we had 13 days South Korean & Japan tours. It is the worse travel experience in our life so far. The company arranged the public transport vouchers instead the airport pick up. We could not exchange the tickets as service counter was closed when we arrived airport. We had to search bus to find the hotel in the middle of night. We had to follow the directions provided by Tourist Japan to use the public transport to find out the meeting points as the local taxi driver couldn’t reach some spots. We need to find the meeting points in every early morning as we had been arranged by different local tours each day. There are so many things confusing and miss arrangements between Tourist Japan and local tours’ companies, such as tour’s registration, vehicle, meals are different with description. I don’t feel comfortable if I don’t write this review and I hope it will be better and helpful for the business in the future

I paid a lot of money to do Tourist Japan's "3 Day Kyoto, Osaka & Nara Tour" but it was a big rip off. Firstly it is not a "3 day tour" but a package of 3 separate tours with some train travel and 2 nights in a hotel included. If I'd booked them separately I would have paid almost half. Also I was the only one doing this package so was not with a group of people, which is what I expected. I have submitted feedback and asked for a refund of some of the money, but they have refused. I think the package is misrepresented on their website, and hugely overpriced.
