Booking with Tourist Japan is seamless, they communicate and follow up promptly I took 1 star off because I was not given information about the subcontractor doing the tour, it was confusing to find which one you belong to The tour itself is amazing, our tour guide Maki is very detailed and organized, speaks good English and is very knowledgeable

We took the Best of Tokyo tour with Aki as our guide and had the most wonderful time. He was eager to share his knowledge about Tokyo and Japan, and you can tell this is truly a passion for him. Be prepared to walk quite a bit on this tour, but to also have a great experience :)

We had a great time with Seji, who was our guide for 2 weeks, through 3 cities. He is a great guide, very friendly, knowledgeable and interested in making this trips as good as possible for us. He listened to our requests and was flexible with the programme. I would definitely book with them again.

I’m so glad I came across Tourist Japan for my solo trip. I had an absolutely wonderful time. I can’t say enough great things about this company. This is my first time visiting Tokyo and I wanted to fill my day with a ton of activities and key locations. I had Aki Wakabayashi as a tour guide. He is super pleasant, so chill and very knowledgeable. I love the fact that he was very patient and always checked in on the group to see if we had any questions or if the pace was ok. I also love the fact that he took the time to guide us to some additional points of interest along the route. It was an amazing experience. I was so happy with this company I ended up booking a tour for Kyoto later in the week. LOL! Totally worth every penny. Do not hesitate to purchase.

We had an awesome experience on our Mt Fuji trip. Everything was on point and we spend enough time at all paces. Didn’t get feeling that we are being rushed neither that we are spending too much time anywhere. Guide was knowledgeable and had good English

We enjoyed the trip very much. The hotels in both Tokyo and Kyoto are nice (although very small rooms). As a first timer to Tokyo and Kyoto , the packaged day trips are perfect for us to see the highlights of the city and the nearby areas. The communications from Yulia are excellent. Before the tour she provided us with a very detailed day by day itinerary. During the tour, we received daily updates of the upcoming tours. When we had an issue to redeem the bus voucher for the airport transfer from Kyoto to the Osaka airport, she addressed it quickly. Overall we are very satisfied with the tour package and the services provided by Tourist Japan.

Tomas did a great job as our tour guide!

Tomas was our walking guide. He was very informative and friendly. He answered all our questions. He did not rush us. He asked us if we needed a break often and wasn’t upset when we did. It was a lot of steps. I enjoyed this walking tour.

We travelled with our two daughters. Tomas was very attentive to their pace. In the end we took longer than expected, but we had a great time and learned more about Tokyo and Japan
