The tour was good, but wish it provided more in depth information. Being surrounded by thousands of tourists taking photos all the time is tiring, and a more off the beaten track tour would have been more my cup of tea.

Our guide Scott was great! He was very knowledgeable and professional. We really enjoyed the back ground stories about Osaka. Scott is enthusiastic which makes the tour fun. He was very attentive to the group and goes out of his way to make everyone comfortable. Thank you Ann & Rob

The tour was very informative we enjoyed walking through the districts of Tokyo.

It seems that Tourist Japan may be riding on the good reviews of the one day tours that they source from independent small companies (e.g city walks, night food tours,etc.) These short tours are booked (but not run) by Tourist Japan. Yes, these are great! However, If you want to know about what it's like to travel with Tourist Japan, look for the bigger 10 or 12 day package reviews which discus everything overall. 1 day tours may artificially push up ratings for Tourist Japan overall.

Great way to get introduced to Tokyo and Japan

Yuki was a friendly & informative guide. His knowledge & presentations helped to bring the temples, shrines & bamboo forest to life. Great job & great tour.

We had a very informative tour with Tomas. He gave us good information and answered our questions. He was helpful to show us shops and restaurants. Great experience!

Our guide was knowledgeable, courteous and very easy to understand. With that we felt comfortable to ask questions so that we could get a full appreciation about the people who call Japan home. We were pleased that in spite of the small number of our group that we were still shown and visited all places as if we were a big group. This was truly a walking tour, and while at the end of the day, our feet hurt, it was worth the pain. Take care, Faye.
