Scott was an amazing tour guide. He spoke clearly and had great insights and stories to help the tour come alive. He showed us some of the best places to grab food along the tour. One of the best tour guides we had while in Japan.

Responsive and honest

I did the Best of Tokyo tour with Seiji, who in my opinion is the best tour guide I’ve dealt with ever. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, funny, and even ate lunch with him (it was a conveyor belt sushi place, which I had never been to before that point). He knew exactly where to go and where to take us, and even extra stuff like what to do in Japan whilst visiting. He even made sure we did not get lost in the sea of people from site to train and back! I highly recommend him if you’re using Tourist Japan to take care of your Japan trip! This is a tour you don’t want to miss even if you plan to go off of the beaten path, so to speak.

Liu was great & introduced herself the day before our arrival & gave us details her details including make & model of car, registration number. Our flight was delayed & she had checked arrival time & was there when we arrived and hour & a half later which was really wonderful of her . We can't thank us enough for going the extra mile to help us & pointing out highlights of Tokyo on the drive to the hotel! Really cheered us up after a very long flight & reset the holiday mood! dono arigato from very tired travellers!

Great tour, the guide I cannot remember her name - but tall lady Finnish or danish origin. Was very knowledgeable, polite and very well presented, told us stuff that was relevant and kept us enchanted My wife and myself were impressed with the whole tour Well paced too for an unfit person Thank you

I’m professional tour gide and give tour about Tokyo When I read reviews Tomas had good reputation so I want study what he is doing I join his one day Tokyo tour and he is amazing Even Japanese Gide didn’t memorize the year of each era but he remember everything Also choice of rute is perfect Course he design old and new holy and fun new curture and old one,thi contrast among the tour was wonderful ! The walking tour around the Geisha area was very informative and enjoyable. Though the Geisha are very private so you aren't likely to see one. Our guide, Melanie, was very friendly and provided a lot of insight into the culture and history of the area, and was able to answer all of our questions. We were able to see some key locations around the district relating to the geisha.

Fantastic tour. Our guide was wonderful company as well as being very knowledgeable. Lots of authentic snack tastings and a very nice lunch included.

I had an amazing day trip with Tourist Japan on the Tokyo in a Day Tour today! Aki the tour guide was very knowledgeable on all of the areas of the tour and since there was only two of us we were able to go to a few extra interesting places. Aki was lots of fun and had everything prepared for the day and offered extra advice if needed. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a tour!!

A jam packed day of fun and adventure. Small tour group made it even better. The driver and the guide were amazingly knowledgeable and gave us a safe tour. Although the amount of time was shorter then we hoped at each stop we saw a lot of cool things and kept the tight schedule. Mt. Fuji had limited visibility, at no fault of the tour guide, but it was so much fun to be on the iconic mountain. The gondola ride past the volcanic steam and down to the lake gave a great view of the area. The pirate boat ride across the lake went past a few torii gates and had a lot of history. To top it off the ride on the bullet train got us back early enough to enjoy a meal in Tokyo.

Great tour given by Aki. Poor, poor instruction given by tourist Japan. Locals didn’t understand, officials didn’t understand and even the police had no idea where the meeting instructions were meant to be. Kindly the police phoned the emergency number. Thank goodness we met Aki and had a wonderful tour round. He was very knowledgeable and completely charming. Really enjoyed spending g the day with him and the other guests on the tour

Convenient location. Room clean. Staff helpful. Laundry facilities. Would have liked complimentary tea & coffee though.

we had a thoroughly enjoyable day with Aki our Guide. he was very passionate and knowledgeable about all the sites we visited and he asked if it suited us to see an extra site or two that went an hour beyond the tour time. Highly recommended.
