I was going to give a 5-star review, as trainer Bonsy was really good and I managed to pass the exam with 100%. However, my experience with Unusual Concepts support was extremely poor. The Power Resume "Free Bonus" is basically a lie, I have sent multiple emails about it and haven't received a single reply since then (it's been more than 1 month now). There were some more communication issues with the support, so now I don't even trust that I would get any of the "21 day one on one agile coaching" as advertised. At the same time, they know very well how to send plenty of emails and even call to convince people to buy another course with them. Very disappointed with this part, and it's a pity because the trainer doesn't actually deserve a 3-star.

Bonsy did a great job making simple and easy a lot of information very difficult to swallow all at once. Her lessons were so fun and practical that we didn't feel that we were in class. But at the end I felt very confident of all the knowledge I have gain. I strongly encourage you to take these lessons and become a CSM

I had the privilege of attending a class for Scrum Master certification. The class was well structured, we had lots of hands-on material and experience from the coach. Absolutely think that it was worth the money I've spent.
