I had a great experience with 2 days CSM coursework lead by Bonsy Yelsangi. She made it engaging, interactive and fun. It will surely help me in the long run. I highly recommend it to anyone trying to gain insight into the framework.

Bonsy was incredible! She was very patient with the class and ensured all questions/concerns were attended to. They are very passionate on the topic of scrum, which adds so much more value to the course!

Instructor Alexander Frumkin was really thorough! He shared a lot of resources during the class and tons of real world examples.

I really liked the way the instructor gave examples, it was so realistic that we were able to connect it to the real time scenario. She was making sure everybody understood the concept well before jumping into the next topic.

Bonsy is among the top presenter/facilitator that I have ever taken a course with. Her presentation style makes it so easy to learn. Bonsy you are so awesome and I have not and will not hesitate in recommending you to prospective students. Personally I have learnt a lot in the training that I took the exam on the last day of the course and I passed. The only thing that I regret is that there are only 5 stars but Bonsy deserves much more than that. Thanks Bonsy!

Bonsy is an excellent instructor. She explains the role of a Scrum Master and related concepts. Bonsy's interactive exercises are another form of learning that allows for peer learning. She also makes the curriculum relatable to real-life experiences. Bonsy is the BEST!!

It was indeed a very informative and helpful training session.

The class was informative and fun. Normally I don't find classes fun, but there was no busy work and he gave examples that were applicable to real life. Even the activities were exeplary with relating to real life work. Normally I struggle with terminology as well, but this time I still remember the key terms. If you are getting into Scrum or have been doing it but are not certified, like I was, there is a lot to learn and I encourage asking questions. All of mine were answered quickly and fully.

I can’t say enough good about this Bonsy and this class, and I’m a tough critic! She presented the information in east bite size pieces, utilizing every way of learning. The class was engaging and fun, I couldn’t believe the whole day had gone by. I took the test immediately after passed with no trouble at all. Thank you so much Bonsy, your hard work and dedication are changing peoples course of life! ♥️

Bonsy was an amazing instructor! She presented the material in a thorough and engaging manner. I am excited to put what I learned into practice in a working environment!

Bonsy’s course gives you the tools to pass the exam but not to put it in practice at work. The course is very much theory-based. There’s no practice of how to conduct a sprint or a backlog. She was very concerned with timing, showcasing low flexibility in case there were more questions than expected (although we always had time to spare at the end). Wouldn’t recommend it for experienced people, maybe for more junior levels this works better.

It was a great learning experience with Bonsy. She answered all the questions patiently and made 2 days of training fun and engaging. Passed my CSM exam in first attempt. Highly recommended.
