Unusual Concepts Scrum Master Course. I took the CSM Course with Unusual Concepts and it was very informative! Bonsy Yelsangi was an excellent instructor with clear and concise guidance and real-world examples. She took the time to carefully explain each concept from the Scrum Guide and applied each through interactive group breakout exercises. I would highly recommend this course to anyone looking to obtain their CSM Certification!

The Two day Scrum Master certification training from Bonsy was Excellent and very dynamic. The Course curriculum is well crafted for anyone who is willing to gain knowledge on Agility and Scrum and do the certification . The sessions were very much engaging and interactive. I really liked the usage of real-life scenario examples to the course material. The trainer was amazing and very clear and concise. The training was smooth, on schedule, and information was complete. I was able to to take the exam at the end of day 2 (for the 2 day Certified Scrum Master course) and passed with a 94%. My only feedback is that my first name was misspelled on 2 separate w-mails from the staff. However, the Scrum Alliance account is setup by each individuals so everything was accurate in my account.

This class was amazing! Ms. Bonsy was an amazing instructor. She made the class very fun, interactive, and easier to understand. While I was taking the test, I felt so prepared! Everything went smoothly!

The pragmatic side of it. Though it is a new topic for me, the professor makes it clear in a way to know the language and the cognitive part of it. I was satisfied. As someone who is new in the field, i have learned a lot.
