This was one of the best courses i have been on, intense and hard work but 100% worth it. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable, passionate, and professional. They were outstanding in the way they delivered every aspect of the course; they went above and beyond to make sure that you understood the theory and understood how to apply it into a real-life environment. I would highly recommend the Phoenix Academy to anyone wanting to complete this course.

I attended the recent Phoenix Close Protection Course of September 2020. The atmosphere was highly professional from day one of this sixteen day program. It is very clear that the instructors and course facilitators are highly experienced and practically knowledgeable in the various subject areas of the training. The support service during the program was also top of the line as the instructors are very approachable and more than willing to give advice and guidance on topics related to this career field. The training facillities offered for the program was also of a very high standard, I was particularly impressed with the tactical driving facility with its specialized instructors. I highly recommend this program for people who want to go into this field as it provides a very strong foundation and also a very realistic experience of what it requires to be a high standard Close Protection Office. Most importantly is that this programe is not a "pay your money, check the box and walk away with a certificate" they will give you the knowledge but you are encouraged to apply yourself and "push" so as to EARN the certification. This is priceless!!!.........

An extraordinary experience, when you say Phoenix you say Professionalism at the highest level.Today I was finished the Close Protection Operative course and I still seem to be there waiting for a new mission a new task. The course was delivered at a very high standard. The instructors are all very passionate enthusiastic and approachable. They demanded 100% effort 100% of the time. they were all experienced, encouraging and hard on you when it was needed. At no point were they ever unfair. The content and tempo of the course exceeded my expectations and I am truly happy I did it with Phoenix. The best decision I made all year.

Very enjoyable and well presented 4 day course. Steve has Fantastic knowledge and skills to deliver the course content needed to confidently be equipped for the assessments. He ensured we had the relevant information and shared lots of experiences which we could relate to and ensured that we were all involved together. Would highly recommend.

If your looking to get qualifications in security look no further. Professional, simple and easy to book. The training was safe in the current climate, while being interactive, fun and demanding. Steve was our coach for this course who explained where needed and gave a practical insight into the world after the course. Highly recommended!

I absolutely loved the course and I finally feel like I’ve found what I want to do as a career. The course was really immersive and well balanced between both the theoretical and practical sides of things. The trainers were brilliant in both they teaching, standards and support; and they really want you to succeed. Once finishing you feel as though they’ve equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed and can’t thank them enough

The Phoenix Team are highly professional from start to finish. The course is really demanding in some areas but the team are extremely approachable so if you need them for help at any point during the course they are there. This course stands out when it comes to Close protection courses in the UK due to conducting 4 exercises instead of 1.what feel like real life scenarios, getting you ready for the real thing. I am now confident that when I go into close protection I’m going to know what exactly I need to do. Phoenix has a very high standard for their students so this course you can’t just turn up and pass, but as long as you all work as a team when planning and conducting the exercises you will be fine.

Excellent course , it went above and beyond my expectations and covered many aspects of door security on realistic working level. The physical aspect and training was excellent and real life situations were covered adapting techniques to every students physical abilities. The tutors have an extremely eclectic background of the security industry , the information imparted during the course was evidenced by their instruction. I would highly recommend this course.

The Phoenix CP course which I attended July 4-19 was a well run and planned throughout . The quality of the instructors was excellent, they had high standards and credibility with lots of experience to pass on to students. Rightly so due to the nature of the close protection industry the course was challenging and intense at times but the proof in the pudding was well commanded and fluid exercises led by students and good pass rate at the end .
