Thoroughly enjoyed the course, Mitch and Lee are very knowledgeable and I felt I learnt alot from the pair of them.

Well represented company and a wealth of knowledge from the lead instructor. Could have a been more strict on who passes the course as you could end up working with theses people in the future and confidence needs to be instilled on them. Overall a could layout and platform for learning with a lot of hands on practical work with good exercises.

Facilities, resources, content, and personnel were all World Class. The course was very challenging and exacting but the high quality facilitation, by 2 very impressive instructors and their capable team, meant that as long as you switched on and were prepared to put in the hard yards, you could pass it and feel a real sense that you had achieved something with genuine credibility and prestige. This is NOT an attendance course, it is a 16 day immersion in the high octane world of Close Protection, but be in no doubt, if you can apply yourself and last the course, you will feel well prepared to take your first careful steps into the sector as a PHOENIX trained CPO. Wonderful Experience training with Phoenix Close Protection group. Venue is more than conducive, hotel accommodation excellent, transportation very ok, some of us are drivers to the 4 Mercedes Vito vans. Amazing 2 weeks. Exceeded all my expectations. All the instructors are great and clearly have a lot of experience and knowledge.

The first thing everyone needs to know before signing up: DON'T REGISTER IF YOU DON'T SPEAK ENGLISH WELL !! Raj (Phoenix operator) will tell you that you pass the 99.99% course and that you are offered a job with them, but it's not like that! He just wants to take your money! In our course, out of 24 students, only 13 reached the exams! They are really professional and offer services and lessons at high standards but people should not be lied to, because they pay a lot of money to do this course and I hope that Phoenix will take action with Raj! Also, you are not told that you will have 6 exams at the end (1 practical exam, 3 multiple-choice exams and 2 written exams) which are not easy! So be prepared for long days, short nights, a lot of practice and power point projects! Ramada Hotel is dirty, stinky and offers nothing of what you see on their website. Otherwise, the teachers and the exercises are professional and at very high standards and they prepare you for everything related to Close Protection! Arms training and driving were my favorites. Mitch, Lee are great guys but also Taf is even better,very polite and respectful. I gave 3 STARS because I have been lied by Raj. Also, you get the company's policy after you pay and you don't get a receive for the money you pay, just a confimation. I had a great time with my team and teachers. Thank's!

Outstanding course fast and thorough great experience as a CPO how they operate and view there role. The instructors are friendly and very helpful up all hours to help when needed. I would deffinetly recommend this course to anyone willing to apply worth the time and money.

Very professional all round. They have a reputation to uphold and have done so very well. The course is demanding and requires a lot of effort and focus to make it through. Not everyone will pass first time round and so be aware the phoenix standard is no lie.
