Although I will not pretend to know the value of Phoenix Group compared to all other companies, I can say from my experience since completing the IQ Level 3 Close Protection course (in November 2018) is that Phoenix Group is a top contender as a training provider and career option in the Private Security industry. I had an excellent experience from joining to departing the course, I could rely on the instructors for informed guidance and support throughout, and they remain professional contacts and peers since. The course itself is replete with live scenarios, team building and professional development, including theory, law and practical training. The facilities are excellent at the Headquarters, Offsite Training Facilities, and the accommodation. Very professional course, highly experienced trainers. The whole course was put together professionally. The standard phoenix has set to pass this course is of the highest standard, everything from the lesson presentations to the practical exercises that is put in place.

Excellent course, very well put together to cover all the aspects of security and providing you with a wide reliable source of knowledge such as wold wide known instructors. I would definitely recommend it if you want to be ready for any operation or just have a wider knowledge of security. The instructors are very friendly and always are there to help you with any doubt or concern that you may have during the course.
