I have worked in Security for a number of years and I have to say this is the best course I have been on. It was hard work and long hours but from start to finish you are on a learning curve that gives you all the theory and practical information that you need. The instructors were extremely knowledgeable and allow you to work with real life examples and scenarios. Horrible the money you pay isn’t what you get,instructors treat ya like ya in military Phoenix never explains the right information before you start the course and such a rip price as well ,the hotel Ramada was like a brofell full of druggys in there and prostitution 1 thing I learnt is never to go with a rip merchant ,,,,I have now been with get licensed and they are fantastic instructors got my door supervision and ,CCtv now well proud money worth spent I say take ya money and never gave back what they owe ive even persue to courts already just waiting Your review at the bottom means ( S )and don’t try cover your tracks about blackmail you lying scums you should be ashamed getting people to sign up and it explaining your (S) properly all acting like action hero s providing the worse hotel ever …..your penny pinchers you taken 4000 off me final and my word is spreader don’t touch this company also Micheal j below your right about these horrible people posing on your instagrams flashing our money we worked hard for unlike you lot

I did the CP course in April 2017. I cannot put into words how this course has helped me, the CP licence is a trusted licence and it has shown in the increase in my income of £9000 per annum since then. The planning and Briefing skills attained are priceless, this has resulted in me actually turning down job offers as every interview is a success. The course content and delivery is exceptional , it is taught by operationally experienced operators. These guys at Phoenix are the real deal.

I’m not going to lie, it is a very intense course! It requires a lot of hard work, long hours and dedication. If you aren’t willing to commit to the full 16 day course, do everyone a favour and don’t sign up. You’ll just end up wasting the instructors time, not to mention, a butt load of your own money. Despite the long hours and hard work required throughout it all, it was great fun! I really enjoyed everyday, there was so much to learn! The instructors are very knowledgeable in their field and really add to the enjoyability of the course. I kind of wish the course was longer, because I knew that there was way more I could have learned from them. Anyway, if you’re looking to get in to CPO work or even just the security industry, I’d highly recommend this course.

Excellent course, good instructors but would of liked to have some more demonstrations from the company showing exactly what they want and expect.
