When I received my order, several of the items were damaged. As soon as I let them know, the company was very professional and willing to remedy the situation. The rest of my order was great!! So happy!

Broken, cracked, chipped and missing pieces. I received an order of 48 Led camping lamps and 24 of them were unusable because they were either missing part, broken ,cracked or chipped . I am really disappointed with the quality of these Camping Lamps !

Hello, I have been in the business of marketing for over fifty five years, and in my opinion the buyers that Kole Imports have selecting products ARE THE BEST OF THE BEST, AND SECOND TO NONE ! UPDATE: All the merchandise arrived at FBA in the end, and now I have a dedicated specialist who seems to reply in only a few hours after I send an e-mail. He also seems knowledgeable. So for now, I updated my rating to 3 stars. We'll see how it goes from here. EDIT (based on the reply): 1. In my original e-mail I have sent all required information, as per the FBA guide, as specified in my original review. The guide itself is good, I have no problem with the guide. 2. It is possible that the phone was busy, but there is a voicemail option. 3. E-mails are very fast to write. Why does it take so long to write back? If you don't have enough people, hire more, or get some VAs (I am still waiting for your response..). 4. I may change my review based on your response and the outcome of this situation. I would prefer if we could work together in the future (since I have already completed some product research based on your offer), but this start is not at all encouraging, to say the least. --- The customer service of this company is unacceptable. I do not understand how it can have such high reviews (many are probably fake), nor how the company is so well known. First, I placed an order for some samples, in which I ordered 2 X Product A, 2 x Product B, 4 x Product C. However, I only received 3 x Product C. But, I said it's not big deal, since I got what I wanted mostly. They said they will send me the replacement, but then I told them I don't require it, and it's fine. So far, just a minor mistake (though they didn't reply to my e-mail thanking me that I do no require the product, nor did they offer to fork over the difference in cash). Next, I was happy with one of product types, so I decided to place an order for an initial batch of cased packed products (3 cases), all to be sent at 3 different warehouses, using their FBA program. Then, I sent the shipping instructions and labels (as attachments) to their main e-mail address, exactly as they specify on their FBA guide on their website. I got a reply back from a "sales representative" instructing me to send the shipping labels to a Michael Franco. So I forwarded all of the information. After I didn't get a reply in one day, I sent another e-mail inquiring about the status. Sure enough, I got a reply back that: "We need FBA shipping instructions for your order and the FNSKU/bar code labels for your FBA order. Please reference to the FBA guide which covers the format that we need the order in to process the order." BUT - all of the information was ALREADY in my previous e-mail - as per the FBA guide, sent to HIS e-mail address. But fine, I sent what was requested again...and then I got this reply: "All that we are missing now the FBA shipping labels for this order." - but this was ALSO sent before, and was not requested in his previous e-mail, so I assumed they had everything they needed. So I sent them again, and I got a reply that shipment is being prepared, the next day. In one extra day, I sent an e-mail to inquire when I can expect the shipping process to complete. To this day (5 days later), I got not reply. However, the 3 cases have shipped meanwhile: 1. Has already arrived 2. Will arrive soon 3. Go figure...it was sent to the WRONG ADDRESS, it was sent WITHOUT the Amazon label on the package, to my company's billing address! So I tried to send e-mails and call for the last two days, no reply so far. When I call, and Michael Franco answers, I start saying something like "I have an issue with an order" and he promptly hangs up (either that or a robot answers other times, and my calls are never returned). Absolutely horrible customer service! The only reason for using a company like Kole Imports rather than buying from China directly is speed & customer service. Kole imports, provides neither.

I ordered 20 Sherpa blankets. The picture on the ad shows dark brown. I thought I was getting 20 brown blankets. Instead, I got 2 brown blankets and 18 very ugly of a variety of colors such as pink and light blue. They should change the first picture so it is not misleading. I read the description fast so I should have known that it wasn't all brown blankets. Please change the first picture! They are nice blankets and I couldn't find a better price, but I'm disappointed with all the ugly colors!

Again i have to leave a very bad review for the customer care of this company. I have sent them the shipping labels on march 2. We are currently on march 18, and after 2 e-mails asking about my shipments, again no answer was received. I have already paid for the shipping on Amazon and Kole is not doing anything. I should have know better not to continue with this supplier after not responding to my e-mails the first time... I have already sent the e-mail to michael@koleimports. and no response from him either... My order is 100059428

The shipper smashed my box before I ever received it. It was returned to Kole Imports with no notification to me. This wasn't a smooth transaction, however none of it was the fault of Kole Imports or Michael Franco who worked with me on their behalf! Michael Franco was more than helpful, he was also friendly and kind. I have received my order and I am delighted with everything I got. This is a good company to work with.
