I have used Falcon many times over the years as I always find the team easy to deal with and helpful. This time the paperwork took up a lot of time as everything was entered into the computer so give yourself some extra time if you need to be somewhere.

The communication, flexibility amd helpfulness of the team in Taunton was incredible, making a house move less stressgul.

Good service used and booked online, turned up on the day and all straight forward, returned vehicle same day,only criticism is after 3 days deposit still not returned, so after a email told it can take between 3&5 days or even up to 10 days

Amazing staff really helpful really nice vans only down side is really needed a set of sack trucks but customers had robbed them all

Service was great, Josh was extremely helpful. Mini bus was always clean and ready. Only down side which makes the hirers life harder is that the vehicle is returned with the same amount of fuel as collected, rather than collected full and returned full making longs trips harder to gauge refuelling.

Very competitive prices at a short notice. Vehicle was in good condition and the agent ensured to show all existing damage and document it. Only downside was the delay in the morning, opening at 0730 they said collect at 0745, and I didn't leave until 0810 which is a minor inconvenience.

Rented for a Charity to take to take a bus load of Widiws for a day out to Salisbury. All excellent and Josh @ Taunton branch looked after us brilliantly

Hired a 7.5t lorry to move HSE, the guy's there are very helpful and informative about the vehicle and made the experience easy.

Easy booking system, check in and out of hours drop off. Vehicle was nearly new, clean and ready on time. The team were friendly and helpful.

Thanks Falcon, hired a great van, able to do trip in one go. Process went smoothly from booking online to return of van and deposit return. Would and will use again.

Good all round experience. A new clean Peugeot long wheel based van. Not the smoothest gear change and the driver area a bit cramped but did the job to London and return. Very fuel efficient. Tie down hooks in the back. One suggestion is the van could come with bungee cords for securing items. This would be more sustainable than using rope or string, which often gets thrown away. In the event of a breakdown on the motorway - I was not made aware of where the triangle and hi viz jacket was in the van.
