I use Falcon several times a year for Luton and 7.5 ton lorries and they make every stage, from booking to vehicle return, very straight forward good trucks well presented very friendly and helpful staff.

Good and efficient service from the staff. The van was clean with no damage and the perfect size for what we needed and not underpowered. Only one small criticism, it would have been useful if there had been a light in the back of the van, unloading in the dark was a trial. Thoroughly recommend Falcon.

Falcon are my “go to” place for van hire and I’ve hired ALOT this year! Ian is always friendly and helpful, the vans are great to drive and new and clean. Good value for money and other than having to queue outside because of covid rules, I have nothing but good to say!

New LWB. van 1yr old low mileage good condition. Easily made 45mpg over 300miles on motorway dual carriage and through a few towns. Drove faultlessly, a pleasure to drive.Keen price. Staff were friendly helpful and efficient.

Great service from the Taunton depot. Ian and Kayleigh are always very polite and helpful. Vehicles are always clean and well maintained and the option to drop off after the offices are closed is very useful

Rented again. Good customer service. Despite some confusion in branch of pick up which they managed by dropping me off to the other branch and allowed me to drop off car in a different location. Could improve a bit with the info on online enquiries being copied on the booking to avoid providing information again when picking up the car.

Staff were helpful and van in very good condition. Had to wait about 20 minutes before picking up as there was a queue and only one customer processed at a time. The website lost the information entered when I clicked on terms and conditions and I had to re-enter them all
