Hired a van from the Taunton branch and Jordan was very helpful. The van was clean and tidy just as you'd expect. What I liked though was that the price quoted was actually what I paid. No extras for windscreen or collision waivers. I was very pleasantly surprised.

Van was available and clean drop off simple as put keys in letterbox as out of hours. Collecting needs to be quicker - always takes far too long, think I waited over half an hour and missed a scheduled meeting. Possibly too much paperwork on systems but waited at least 15 mins whilst person in front was being served. Maybe get more people on desk when you know you have someone waiting?

Very good, last minute walk in booking and they were more than happy to Accommodate. Good rate, all straight forward, can’t recommend enough. Ian at Taunton was a great help.

Booking a van is always easy whether it's online or by phone. The team are always friendly and refund deposits quickly.

Flight diverted to Gatwick airport on a wet dark cold Sunday evening, the lads on the desk swiftly arranged us a car to get home , and the chap in the car park was amazing too , thanks guys all safely back in Somerset.

I found Falcon solutions Excellent company to deal with, I needed a van just to stay local but to move two people from one house to another and the van I must say was excellent clean and tidy and well presented. I had to pick the van up at 8 o’clock on the prescribed day and they were busy but they had time for me when it was my turn they made it quick and easy. Special thanks to IAN at Falcon solutions for the excellent handling of the hire.

I hired a Luton Van with T Lift online and collected it on Saturday. Before Saturday I had communication from Jordan who went through everything required on the day so it went smoothly. I picked the vehicle up at 8am and by 815 was driving it away after some instruction on using the lift. The vehicle was more or less brand new, spotlessly clean inside and out and a great drive and we managed to get everything we had to move in it. This morning I had confirmation my Deposit is being refunded so all round great service from Falcon.

As someone who rents cars regularly and avoids the big corporate companies for multiple reasons...:) :), I was delighted to find a local business, great customer service on collection and return, professional, polite, no surprises or hidden costs, very happy with Falcon thanks so much. Deposit returned very quickly too!

I have dealt with falcon vehicle solutions Taunton a lot over the years and always found them to be accommodating and helpful as well as curtious also reasonably priced , but haven’t for a good while as not needed to , recently I have needed to use their service again and found them to be exactly as I remember I found My needs met promptly with the correct vehicle for requirements that day, and overall the most pleasant and professional service ,it was a faultless experience from start to finish and will definitely be using their services again soon, would definitely recommend these guys to anyone and everyone.
