Falcon are big enough to always be able to help but small enough to treat you as an individual. Always my first call when I need a vehicle.

We have an account with Falcon and they are excellent. The Taunton branch staff are really helpful, polite and professional. The only issue I have is the change from Sprinters to the VW Crafter. While a good van the turning cycle is non-existent so be prepared to shunt even on some mini-roundabouts. The new fuel policy also seems a bit unfair and would be good if they went back to full to full.

I have used Falcon a few times in the past and they have always been pretty good. However they have changed the fuel policy from full to full, to wherever it sits to wherever it sits. This is absolutely stupid and just will not work. It doesn't gain falcon any money. It makes it very hard to judge how much fuel you need to put in. This has put me off using their rentals now, as it's just added hassle and will end up costing the consumer more.

Helpful and friendly service, new vehicle in very clean condition. One small gripe: I would prefer a tank—full to tank-full arrangement.

Once again excellent service. Clean and ready to collect on time. I’ve been hiring from you for over25 years and I’ve never been disappointed. However this time on collection the tank was only 3/4 full and I was asked to return it the same. Very difficult to judge when filling up. Please don’t make this a habit. The customer service was excellent. I had booked a small van and shortly before the hire had decided that I needed a short wheelbase vehicle. Changing my booking by phone was easy and seamless. Picking up and returning the vehicle was straightforward. Good staff, good, service, good vehicles and good prices. What more could you ask for?
