Extremely helpful staff, all social distancing was in place. The car I hired was spotless and I was talked through everything I needed. I will certainly recommend Falcon to others. Great service with reasonable prices.

Brilliant service! I was a bit anxious about driving a van but I was treated so kindly I completely forgot. Van was perfect, lovely to drive too.

I didn’t hire from Falcon but came into contact as one of their hirers hit my daughters car. I have to say that the way they handled the whole process and resolved the situation was exemplary. I have to give a special mention to Ben the rental manager who made sure the whole thing was handled professionally and satisfactorily from start to finish.

Hired small van for 24 hours from Bridgwater site in early March 2021. Top rating because price was competitive (equal cheapest) and no issues with collection or return. Van was in good condition (a few minor scratches and scrapes but all superficial), driver cabin very clean, cargo area not spotless but perfectly acceptable and it drove well. No problems with van during hire period. Staff friendly and helpful. Office admin was quick and efficient. I did particularly like the vehicle conditon checks before and after hire. Both were the same (there was no forensic checking upon return). One thing to be aware of is that Falcon use "level to level" for fuel, so if the tank is half full when you get the vehicle that this the fuel level needed on return. So be careful when filling up! (I overfilled). Hire was during Covid lockdown (March 2021) and adherence to social distancing, hand cleansing etc. was good.

As usual, excellent service. We had a minor crisis when I lost a padlock key, and they were very accommodating and helpful. An excellent vehicle at a good price.

Booked a Luton van for a house move and chose to stay with a local company. Booked with several days notice and got a confirmation email. Went to pick the van up to be told they had missed my order when it came through so had double booked the van! I was told I could have the van still but it needed to be back 3 hours before we were going to be done with it. Regardless to say, this made the whole moving process a lot more stressful than it already was! This was also made to look like it was my fault by the guy on the front desk

Falcon provide a hassle free booking and out/in procedure. The vans are always spotless and top quality nearly new models. The staff are friendly and Falcons service is highly recommended.

Excellent value and trouble free check out and in. Staff friendly and helpful. I don't go anywhere else now and how Falcons competitors try to charge up to four times for the same vehicle leaves me speechless.

Brilliant service. Easy to book, very helpful staff and reasonable pricing. Had to keep vehicle for longer than first booked for and they managed to accommodate me, at no extra cost.

Hired a van from Falcon for a week and the service was great. Really easy on the day of pick up, the van only had a few hundred miles on it so in very good condition. I dropped the van back in the evening which was great as just popped the keys through the box and had the refund of my deposit back on my card in two days. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

Fantastic company. Price wise extremely competitive but even better, I unfortunately had an argument with a bollard while using the van and returned it fearing the worst. But Falcon were completely professional, simply took the insurance excess with no quibbles. Would be delighted to use them again if they let me!

Have used this company 3 times in the last year and will be using them again. They are by a big margin the best all round value in town, providing a straight forward service and good quality vehicles. The folks behind the counter are helpful, polite and as long as you bring all the correct documents, you'll have no problems.
