We had issues with sending over an email with our no claims discount for some reason they were sent our end but insurd had not received it. I spoke to an amazingly helpful lady called Ashley who did so much to help, she gave me her own insurd email address and waited on the phone to confirm she had received. An absolute asset to insurd. Just wanted to to say what a great company insurd are. Got my car insurance with them a few years ago and the service has been excellent. Just came up for renewal and after a few minutes on the phone with Peter, all sorted for another year. Fantastic service, would highly recommend.
