I was sold a private hire insurance in which I was not told if I cancelled early I would be paying a £511 cancellation fee because the insurer won’t refund so I’m very disappointed as such. At the time of using the broker I was informed I could cancel anytime but did not know I would incur such ridiculous cancellation fee’s I would think twice before considering taking out insurance with a broker.

This is the first i have ever heard of this company, when i was transferred from another as they couldn't help. Originally spoke with Peter. Who is lovely. There's no pressure to take a policy out and always try to find the best deals. I phoned back the next day spoke with Natalie and again so lovely and chatty. Not like other companies who you cannot even have a normal conversation with. Both are an asset to the insurd team! Car is now insurd cheap and i am happy with the overall service and sich easy set up i.e license, codes, NCD sent across. I will for sure be letting everyone know about them!
