I dealt with a lady called Natalie Primrose (they have 2 so had to use her surname lol), who was absolutely brilliant. She talked me through what I needed to ask my current insurer. 10/10 for Customer Service, will recommend to 100s of other taxi drivers in our family company in Dorset.

I dealt with a lady called Ashley, who was absolutely brilliant. She talked me through what I needed to ask my current insurer and then sent me an email telling me exactly what to ask them for. It really helped me being able to talk to a real person rather than simply doing it myself online. If I had tried to do this on my own, I would have probably got some serious facts incorrect and would have not had valid insurance. Ashley made sure that every single fact or statement was correct. 10/10 for Customer Service

Excellent price and service, hopefully will not have to make a claim but this will be the real test on how good the insurance company is.
