Ich möchte Lebera wärmstens empfehlen, da sie äußerst kompetent und geduldig sind. Ihre Tarife sind zudem sehr fair. Besonders schätze ich, dass sie sich am Telefon ausreichend Zeit nehmen, um Ihre Anliegen mit viel Geduld zu klären. In meinen Augen verdienen sie für ihre Kompetenz die Note 1,0, für die Preisgestaltung ebenfalls 1,0 und für Geduld und Respekt ebenfalls 1,0.

Der Chat der App schließt sich leider schnell aber der Berster Youssef hat mir geholfen.

Be VERY careful with going for Lebara. After a few months with them it all seemed good so I decided to go for a contract upgrade with more data. Their customer service said there is no way to upgrade your subscription, you have to cancel your current plan, wait for the 30 days Flex subscription to expire and book a new one. The biggest surprise now, once the old Flex subscription expired on FEB 28th, I have no option to book another plan, my number that I've had for 13 years no longer works and I am told it's all closed and done. That I just lost my number for good thanks to some new German law. Despite me having written confirmation that the number will remain mine upon cancellation. A complete and ridiculous shitshow if you ask me, just because I wanted to give them more money every month. :)
