Tayla was great. I read previous reviews that the website was ‘clunky’ and it definitely is unintuitive, also difficult to send/receive messages at times. I was contacted by Tayla who wasn’t pushy trying to get a sale, we talked through the pros/cons of different products with Tayla giving unbiased opinions. I had an offer from an interested tenant who had passed referencing and originally had a second tenant but changed to just herself, I expected it to be straightforward but took two days to sort via customer services. Poor website but good interpersonal skills from Tayla got my business.

I'm not a beginner landlord but I recommend this particularly for new landlords or those who need a refresher.
