I Often order from OptiContact. The particular time the order was not received-no fault on their end but rather it appears to be USPS. DESPITE this I contacted OptiContact and, in addition to starting an investigation to locate my lost order, they are rushing me by FEDEX extra contacts to see me through. This is what can be considered great customer service. I will continue to use this company for my vision care. Well Done!!

I have to order two different contacts for each eye and made an error when ordering them online. Someone immediately contacted me as soon as I submitted the order to address the error based on my prescription and make sure I received the correct contacts since they cannot be returned once I received them. I also ended up having an issue with the delivery of them which was not the companies fault and they immediately handled it and sent me new contacts right away.

My email was blocking OptiContacts.com for some reason. When I called, Robert from Customer Service was incredibly helpful, even going so far as to call me back when he determined that my doctor's prescription had a typo that needed correcting. Will definitely be using them again.

First time customer after my brother recommended Opticontacts to me. Tried to use the 30% discount for new customers and then it was removed at checkout. I'm assuming it's because my brother lives at the same address which is on file.. but it's a bit ridiculous that's their only determination between a new versus returning customer. People have family, roommates, or just flat out move homes. Edit: Editing to update review with some thoughts after the fact. I got the reply about me having a previous order. I investigated it, it was there from about 7 years ago, however the order was cancelled.. so I will take some responsibility for that one. I received my contacts yesterday which was faster than I expected which I was pretty happy about, and compared prices to the previous site I used which definitely came out cheaper even without the discount so I am bumping up to a 4 star for that. It would have increased to a 5 however I was never contacted after getting the reply on the review stating I'd be contacted soon. Otherwise everything else was overall a good experience. Good price and quick shipping.
