Cute concept of having a cafe and eyewear place in one. While waiting for assistance you are sipping on coffee. The in store staff was super helpful and attentive. I had to change my order the next day and customer service was so quick to resolve my issue! From my final order the glasses came in 2 days! Amazing! Great quality glasses with a very good price point. Thank you!!!

I had to have a correction in the lenses that I received. There was no hesitation when I described the problem to the customer service team. They assessed the issue right away and told me the measurement they needed to make the adjustment. Four days later, my glasses arrived and they are perfect! I am very pleased with the replacement pair and the excellent response time!

Agree with what a lot of people are saying. Their prices are great until checkout when they slap on 'processing fees' which add up to $20 more than their advertised price. This is misleading advertising.

I had to contact Kits due to needing something amended on my prescription and kits went over and beyond my expectations. I have never felt so seen and heard by a company in my entire life. This is what a customer should feel like when purchasing from a company. 100 /10 stars Kit well done.

I have worn soft contacts for 20 years. My boxes from Opticontact -- seemed to contain plastic discs with no correction at all. It's a scam -- when I called they said "must be defective". It's never happened with an optometrist, ever. And there is nothing wrong with my eyes. Older contacts from the optometrist still work.

OptiContacts doesn't even deserve 1 star. I have ordered contacts from other companies online & the ones from this company lasted less that 6 months for a 1 year supply order. Most of the contacts just tore up easily. They charge almost $50 processing fee. The contacts were very inexpensive so I thought the processing fee was worth it., I was wrong. Their Bausch & Lom were trash, they were selling off low quality contacts.

Nope. They hook you in with a low advertised price, build your cart, go to checkout and then they hit you with $80 processing fee. No thank you. I would rather pay $100 more to a company that has transparent pricing. Processing fees in any form are just shady, period. And reading the replies to this issue, adding the fees at checkout is not transparent. Transparent is showing the total price.

Great customer service. They have price matched for me in the past and it's always been convenient and quick to deal with them over the last few years. Recently I reported a box of contacts missing, and they immediately shipped out a replacement box at no charge while they figured out the delivery issue. I'm a customer for life!

I ordered my husband glasses from Kits.com. He really liked them and his new prescription helped him see so much better. He only had them a couple of weeks and he accidentally dropped them. 1 lense was chipped in 2 places. I emailed the company to see if they could replace that lense if we sent them back. They are going to send him a brand new pair free of charge! Their customer service quickly responded and were so amazing! My husband wanted to buy from them because they are a US company. We’ll buy again because they are awesome!!

Here is my experience- I'd say 5 stars, though the frames didn't look as great on me as I thought it would (my fault though in frame selection) ordering- fairly easy. I got a pair of Calvin Klein eyeglasses, premium lenses and blue light blocking Price- It was half the cost it would have cost at my eye doctor- however, only time will tell for its durability, as I think had I ordered via my eye doctor, the lenses would have had built-in anti reflective vs just a coating. Shipping- about a week and a half I ordered online on 1/15 Order Shipped on 1/21 (6 days processing) Order Received on 1/24 (11 days from start to finish) Would I order again? Yes. This is the first time I've ever ordered my eyeglasses online in the 30 years I've been wearing glasses. I'll definitely do it again, and won't agonize over eyeglass costs. I have thick/heavy prescription (-5.75/-6) and they did stick out a little bit from the frame but not in a big way. Also, my lenses are super clear, I think I was surprises how clear they looked compared to when I tried on the same frame at the eye doctor, so that was why I wasn't so crazy about how they looked on me, because it is so clear you can clearly see how tired/haggard I look now. They also look a little big on me, I will see how I adjust to them as it does strain my eyes a bit with the new prescription I got.

The support team and the experience in general is the best ever. We bought a couple of prescription glasses and one of them was wrongly ordered, we contacted their email address and less than 24 hours they shipped the correct ones, if that's not the best customer service i'm not sure what it is. 100% recommended.
