Super fast at getting my contacts!

I got my updated prescription and placed my order online - with the wonderful discount - and then realized my doctor prescribed the wrong power in the left lens after placing the order. I reached out to customer service and they said to reach back out when I received my package and they would help me set up a return. I did that today and boy it was so easy! Not only did they give me a free return label but they went ahead and placed the order for the correct lens! All I have to do is put the new label on the box and drop it in the mail. We all know ordering online is easy UNTIL something is wrong and then you have to deal with the "dreaded chatbot" - well not with this company! It was quick and easy even for an oldie but goodie like me! Will definitely be ordering my contact from OptiContacts.com from now on.

I cancelled my auto ship, but was still auto shipped. I had to send back and wait to get my money back, totally preventable if they would have looked at my account!

A bit expensive without online promo codes, but they're usually happy to provide a code. They ship fast, keep my prescription on file and have bad keeping a stock of contacts easy, which I really appreciate!

Glasses were nice but not my prescription. Couldn't use em. Take long to get. Sent em back to get corrected. Still waiting for the corrected pairs. Contacts too a bit too luckily those on prescription were right.
