Helped us big time

Today I spoke with Dylan when trying to find out information on AT&T internet. According to the website 3/4 of the locations I looked at said up to 75 mbps. While speaking with Dylan he informed me that 1 location was actually a max speed of 1 mbps and the other was 3 mbps. The other 2 locations were 50 mbps. He was extremely helpful on letting me know who the main providers were for the homes I was looking at as well. The internet speed is very important since I will be working from home and Dylan gave me excellent information to help with my decision making process.

I am the new owner of the home that I am trying to get service for BUT, because the previous owner did NOT cancel his account I can NOT get service. Really ! This is ridiculous.

Spoke with a customer Service rep named Jason. He was awesome we got disconnected a few times he always called me back. He made sure I got the best deal possible for my location as well as needs. He just was an awesome service rep (I really didn’t think those existed anymore). He took his time, he never rushed me. He just did an all around awesome job. Honestly I have a new outlook on customer service representatives 😄
