Service was good only issue I was a little mislead in what would be debited from my credit card I was told that they would just hold $60 and they took out the install fee of $150 plus the $60 all at once

I was lied to about what I "had" to purchase and about the prices and credits. I had to actually call windstream to get the correct prices and discounts. I would recommend to anyone not to use this service.

I was looking for new internet service, and happened to use this company. BIG MISTAKE! the salesman, Rami, did not listen to what I wanted, instead he signed me up for 2 new phones through my cell phone provider, and lied saying that I could get free internet through them, I just had to upgrade my phones. This resulted in a huge hassle having to return the 2 phones and reverse all the charges that were incurred. AND I STILL DIDN'T HAVE INTERNET! I would never use this company again for anything, and will never recommend them to anyone else.

I had a wonderful experience with Marcie,me and my partner just moved in our new apartment and she took the time to explain all the options that our area has to offer. We ask more questions than an average consumer and she took the time out to answer each one. You rarely find that quality in customer service these days. So BIG KUDOS TO MARCIE.
