United States | 04 June 2019Horrible service. I was transferred 6 times. Telling me my service was Cox. Then Windstream told me they would sign me up. Refused to change the install date??? Spent 30 minutes BS'ing me about gaming. Then gave me this BS number to call and change it. Which transferred me three times with 3 different people who all had no clue why they made me call them. Oh and then returned me back to Windstream, who put me on hold for 45 min then disconnected and never called back, despite having my cell number and seeing my name.
