IN My Area failed to tell us about Cable 1, the most preferred local provider. We were told that Viasat was our best choice. We believed them. On day one, after Viasat was installed, we found that we only had good reception in the room where the router and modem were located. Two rooms had no reception. I called and was told that In my Area does not work with local providers. That makes no sense whatsoever! Viasat is not sympathetic at all and told me to purchase a booster. They told me I was stuck with them for the next two years. We shall see!

We worked with Ramy to get a great priced bundle for Direct TV, internet and ATT cellular service. He was thorough and very patient as he talked us all (4 way calling) to set up the new cell phone service. We are having issues with ATT cellular at the moment, but are trusting Ramy and In my Area to resolve it! We were told a big lie by them and did NOT get all the discounts and rewards promised by Ramy. ATT canceled his order and I had to go to the store....all the extras promised by In my Area were not valid. Beware!!!!

Overall great interaction; I spoke with Peter and he helped facilitate me setting up my internet. He was courteous and clear throughout our conversation and went out of his way to be personable. Additionally, he did not make me feel like he was pushing anything on me that I did not need or wasn't interested in, which was very much appreciated.
