I was not told about a 99.00 installation fee that I was then told would be spread over 3 months but got a statement saying it was all due the first month. This is unacceptable to take people's time and then deceive them. I am upset with Sam's Club and this company. This is why people do not trust these scams.

Very informative with my internet options. I made it clear i was ONLY shopping internet to avoid the sales pitches. Salesperson still attempted the sales pitches for other services but was able to be cut off quickly. Not overly pushy once I made my point. Over all nice experience.

Howard was GREAT he took his time answering all of my questions and explained the process and company chosen to help best serve my needs. He then gave me options of installation dates and times. He booked my reservation for free installation and then signed me up for Easy Care insurance for 3 months free also. I hope my service from Viasat is as good as the service Howard gave me I’m thankful he answered when I called in!
